TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
ADVERTISING ON THIS SITE
1 When you place an order for advertising on this site, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as defined below.
2 You agree to pay the full cost of the advertising you have committed to within 30 days of placing your order unless a different arrangement has been agreed by both parties.
3 If payment is not received within the agreed time period, then your advert will be removed and an Administration Fee of £10.00 will be charged. Interest will be applied to the amount owed at a daily rate of 0.5%.
4 We agree to place your advertisement within the agreed advertising zone on the web site for the agreed period of time. The advert will be set to appear for a minimum duration of 10 seconds before the advert changes.
5 Any errors made by us in the advertisement published to the web site will be corrected free of charge. Changes you request after publication to the site may incur an administration fee.
6 Should you wish to cancel an advertisement, you may do so at any time by contacting us in writing, by email or by using the online Contact Form. We will refund the cost of any full weeks of unused advertising that has been paid for.
7 All advertisements submitted must be suitable for family viewing. We will not accept adverts that promote adult products or feature adult photographs.
8 We reserve the right to refuse to accept any advertisement that we consider is unsuitable for this site.
9 When you submit an advert, we will add your details to our distribution list for the Blackwater Valley Voice web site. You may cancel this subscription at any time without affected your access to the site in any way.
